I hate this.

Thanks for all the fireworks the other night 🙂

Yesterday and today I’ve been back in an “I hate this” phase. I guess this is why they call it white-knuckling sometimes.

  1. It’s what you do with the “I hate this” phase that matters. Write it out. You’re doing good even when it doesn’t feel good and remember, you’ve got through other “hate it” times.

  2. Spot on. So hold on tight and get through. It will pass. And when you look back it will be with ‘go me!! Man that was HARD.’ I’ve probably said it before, but often when I feel I am at my weakest and worst, is when truly deep down, I am my strongest. You got this.
