  1. Good that you did not drink :-). I have very little solace to give but you might want to check out this link to an article on the alcohol desensitization training I did. It is online and free. It is as sort of game that when you do it, rewires your attention from alcohol to sort of normalise it. It made me able to look a ta beer without even thinking of drinking it.   2. I just found your blog and am so excited. I look forward to reading what you have been through. I’m on Day 29 today and had a huge craving last night but made it through. I’m right on your heels!! Stay strong and keep going so you can pull me through. Congrats on day 34. 30 was my goal too but now I’m looking towards 100! Thanks for posting!
